為什麼我會被封鎖，並永久停用呢?
在2026/06/16那一天，有一位AI講師因為被誤判小於13歲，然後他解鎖回來，並發了一篇threads文，主要說他被封鎖又回來。
我在那篇貼文下面回覆，馬上觸發小於13歲，並請求驗證臉部，然後我無法驗證，並提交身分證，然後就被永久封鎖。

據說，那篇貼文下面有1X人被封鎖，因此要小心不要亂海巡，目前的演算法可能會有連坐法。

IG 被停用，當下要先做什麼?

  1. 保持冷靜
  2. 不要馬上提交身分驗證，先等幾個小時，很常會自動回來
  3. 提交身分驗證，不要提交身分證，很容易被直接封號
  4. 如果被封號，請往下一步驟看
  5. 閱讀完本文章
  6. 千萬不要相信第三方可以幫忙解鎖，很容易又再度被封號

IG被停用管道 1：直接驗證:

如果你是因為被誤判小於 13 歲 的原因，就需要臉部驗證。
如果不是，不一定會有這個步驟，可以選擇跳過

開始驗證有兩種方式

1.臉部驗證
2.身分上傳驗證


【自身經驗】

我一開始用臉部驗證，卻無法驗證，因為打開驗證的無法按「下一步」。(我的手機是iPhone 17)
有一種說法是 Apple 手機，可能無法用臉部驗證

接下來，你一定會想說用身分證上傳驗證，
但，我上傳後直接被永久封鎖，無法申訴。
因此，被封鎖，不要馬上上傳身分證，而是去meta入口申訴提交，或是買藍勾勾找客服，因為被永久封鎖，客服就無法申訴。


【P.S. 如果要驗證，據說最好是用護照，因為有英文】

下面這入口，才能實際的提交表單，但有一件事情要特別注意，也就是超過30天或被永久封鎖後，就無法提交。
因此，如果還沒提交身分證，可以先來這邊。

如果你 Instagram 或是 threads 被封鎖，就要進去商家資產管理後台 (Meta Business Suite, BM)，去買Meta 驗證，也就是藍勾勾。

填寫電話和電子郵件，並在聊天頻道與客服聯絡。

一開始會是AI機器人與你聯繫，你只要一直說轉接真人客服，就比較有機會有真人客服與你聯繫。

步驟五：經驗分享

用這種方式，我有聯絡到真人客服4次，其中2次有通電話，但最後都無法解除封鎖。


原因主要是，我threads被永久封鎖，然後 IG 也跟著被停用，但他們也無法提交申訴，因為threads沒有提交申訴的地方和團隊，所以被永久封鎖後就會很麻煩。

因此，如果被停用，盡量不要先提交自己的身分證，而是先等待或是買藍勾勾找客服會比較好。

如果被停用後，很多人都會投遞數發部的民意信箱和打給他們，但這方法大多無效。

之前打電話給數位發展部，對方回覆是

他們也只能提交給台灣的meta 分部，對方再轉移給美國 Meta 團隊協助解鎖，是否能真的轉移也無從得知，也無法追蹤。
可以從這邊發現，被停用後，從這邊是不可行的。
